The "Smores" ($8) at Recette should be taken in loose, playful terms. Chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers are all present, but in surprising forms. There's a giant streak of marshmallow spread across the dish that's torched. It's toasty at the surface and plush fluff all the way though. Then there's the housemade graham cracker ice cream, a quenelle atop warm hot chocolate ganache. And who needs a spoon when you've got that crisp cocoa nib tuile?
