A three-day festival that blends the cooking, dancing, and music of southwest Louisiana culture together in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Cajun Cook Toby Rodriguez (who Anthony Bourdain featured on his 'No Reservations' episode in Cajun Country) will be teaching hands-on cooking classes and host a "blackpot supper" of gumbo and other one-pot regional delicacies.
