...equal parts dark chocolate mousse and praline, fresh raspberry gelée, and vanilla mousse. It's sealed with a white chocolate glaze, glossy and tinted pink for the holiday. This is one of those desserts where you have to get a bit of everything in each bite for maximum enjoyment, but I don't foresee that being an issue.
