Tonight is the second, and final, night of the Malaysian Winter Market at Bryant Park's Fountain Terrace. Restaurants and vendors from New York City and the Tri-State area are gathering to showcase food products and dishes from Malaysia. The Who Rescues LIC Bar

After Sandy flooded LIC Bar and damaged in-house music equipment, British rock icons The Who donated replacements to get the bar up and running again. In honor of the band's generosity, Long Island City Bar is celebrating with live music from Who tribute band Who's Next with a chance to win a guitar autographed by Pete Townsend. $20. Cassoulet Festival at Back Forty West

The Cassoulet Festival makes its return to the 70 Prince Street space that once housed Savoy.
