Croissants are the highlight of any visit to Mille-Feuille, but don't forget about their other treats. Extra dark and voluptuous, Mille-Feuille's Royal Chocolate Mousse ($5) comes enrobed in an outer layer of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. Slide your fork to the bottom and capture all three components in a single bite. The mousse accounts for 80% of the creation, and the bottom 20% is made of layers from almond cake and crisp feuilletine bound together with chocolate.
