Chef Matthew Lightner is hosting a two-part collaborative dinner series starting with guest chef David Toutain of Agape Substance, formerly of Corton and Mugaritz. Celebrate the late poet Robert Burns at Highlands' annual Burns Night. Forcella Restaurant Group is offering their first ever "make-your-own" Neopolitan pizza sessions at each of the group's three locations. Founding pizzaiolo Giulio Adriani, known for his flash-fried Montanara pizza, will teach the sessions. Slots are limited, so call ahead for reservations.
