Battle of the animals' milk! Stinky Cheese brought a smattering of goat's and sheep's milk cheeses. On the goat side: Ibores, spoons of fresh chevre, and Midnight Moon. On the sheep side: Manchego, spoons of fresh ricotta, and Ossau Iraty.
