Our Chichi Wang is the guest chef for this year's Woks and Lox, a Jewish-Asian Christmas dinner party tonight, where she's making dishes like Sichuan peppercorn-spiked latkes and wonton pierogies. Earlier today she joined Live from the Couch on CBS to show off what goes into those fried wontons: potatoes, cheese, and a bit of mapo tofu seasoning. (After tasting them yesterday, yes—they are indeed as delicious as they sound.)

Check out the clip (which we can't embed currently, but will update when we can) to see Chichi in action, where she also briefly discusses the memoir she's working on about growing up in her mother's kitchen.

Seats are sold out for the full Woks and Lox dinner, but you can still get tickets for the "Nosh Party" beginning at 8 p.m. tonight. Check out her recipes from last year's event here.
