Luke's Lobster has a new item on their winter menu: a Lobster Grilled Cheese ($12). Fresh, tender chunks of sweet lobster meat are strewn across an ample layer of nutty Gruyère cheese melted between two slices of well-buttered and crisped white bread. We love each component on its own, but the cheese and lobster are so rich that the sandwich may benefit from some contrast, such as the cool mayo and spice you find in the lobster roll for $3 more. Still, a warming winter sandwich for a those who embrace shellfish and melty cheese.
