So, you survived! The meal is done. The leftovers are packed away. You've either left your family or they've left you. And now you're a couple pounds heavier and enjoying a quiet week before holiday madness starts back up again.
But there's that lingering question that we still may be too full to answer: what do you eat after a holiday devoted to eating? Especially when that food is mostly of the same character: starchy and fatty, salty-sweet, brown sugared and nutmegged and roasty-caramelized. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a reset on my palate—a little less Rockwell, please!
