Snowballs, cake truffles, cake balls—whatever you want to call them—the ones at Zucker Bakery are playful, chocolatey, and only a dollar apiece. These packed balls hover somewhere between cake and milk chocolate fudge with a definite kick of espresso. Moist and dense, they run on the sweet side, so order a hot cup of coffee or tea to go alongside. You can get them rolled in coconut flakes or rainbow sprinkles, I prefer the latter. And if you're still hungry, don't forget about the love loaf and buttery chocolate roses.
