For $1.75, this wrap of brie, herbs, and tender baked dough can be yours at Silver Moon Bakery on the Upper West Side. Brie with rosemary and thyme is nothing new, but it's just the thing for this little bread pocket that's crusty, creamy, cheesy, and bright in equal turns. It may be best warmed up at home so the cheese can melt a little and the herbs can be that much more aromatic, but even on a chilly day it was a soft, full-flavored delight. A perfect vegetarian snack.
