We've already told you why you should head to Harlem for the awesome noodles at Jin Ramen, but here's one more: today they're donating all profits to Direct Relief International to aid those hard hit by Hurricane Sandy.

What should you order while you're there? We're especially partial to the Kara-age Fried Chicken ($6), the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($12) with its incredible broth, and the lighter but intensely fragrant Shio Ramen ($10).

(P.S. Jin recently started making all of their own noodles in-house, making a great bowl even better).
