Win Two Spots at Dinner by April Bloomfield and Paul Virant, Sunday October 21st

April Bloomfield met Paul Virant (Perennial Virant in Chicago, Vie in Western Springs, IL) in 2007 when they were both honored by Food & Wine as Best New Chefs of the year. They cooked together in Chicago back in April to celebrate the launch of her book, A Girl and Her Pig. Now they're at it again, this Sunday in New York at the Ace Hotel, and we're giving away seats for two for their five-course meal.

Maialino's Nick Anderer, John Dory Oyster Bar's Josh Even, and The Breslin's pastry chef Jane Tseng will also be in the kitchen preparing dishes of their own for the evening. Tickets are still available for purchase here, $150/seat with an additional $50 for drink pairings (which come included in our giveaway). You'll also receive two copies of Virant's recent book, The Preservation Kitchen: The Craft of Making and Cooking with Pickles, Preserves, and Aigre-doux.
