The classic Lady M Mille Crêpes is perfect, but when you want a twist on the original, keep your eye out for variations on the cake. We've touched upon the Chocolate-Banana Mille Crêpe, an exclusive at the Plaza Food Hall location of Lady M. There's a coconut version, a chocolate, another with fresh strawberries and yet another with roasted chestnuts. My favorite at the moment? This Green Tea Mille Crêpe ($8). Count the layers if you dare, there's at least twenty of those lacy, golden crêpes, each separated by a brush of barely whipped cream. The cream is infused with green tea, subtle with a clean finish, the top layer outfitted with a dusting of matcha.
