There's no shortage of momos in Jackson Heights, but these big ones are some of our favorites. The traditional beef filling is joined by greens and onion for texture, moisture, and some onion-y funk to draw out the beef's mineral flavor. They come in large steamed purse-shaped skins that offer just enough chew when you break into them.

Massive? Yes. Delicious? Absolutely.
