Pies can be a hit or miss at Hill Country Chicken, but this three-inch Blueberry Pie ($3.50) is one of their best this season: a classic flaky crust and a bounty of fresh blueberries with lemon juice and sugar. It's perfectly fine at room temperature, but if you have time, a quick warm-through in the oven makes it that much more fabulous. The sweet juices bubble over, the crust deepens in color, and all you need is a spoon and napkin. Plus, how could you not fall for the tiny sugar-sprinkled pie crust star on the top?
