When a dirty-water dog from the corner street vendor just won't cut it, you might go searching for one of the many haute dogs from all over the city. We've seen many, and frankly a lot of them feature overwrought, baroque toppings with underwhelming dogs. But a few stand apart as well thought-out creations that do right by the noble tubesteak.
