It's a vibrant yellow with a vivid, fresh flavor that recalls summer corn; while we don't always think of corn as a dessert ingredient, just think about sweeter corn puddings or cornbreads. Try it with cinnamon sprinkled on top. And we'd recommend the obviously Argentine flavors, too—a not-too-sweet mate, a deeply rich dulce de leche.
