This past Saturday was the Mercedes-sponsored James Beard Foundation's summer tasting party, Chefs & Champagne. The event featured tastings over 30 top chefs, many of whom have won Beard awards themselves. Set in the Hamptons on the most perfect of summer evenings, the event was a fantastic chance to meet and chat with some of the best chefs around, and of course taste their delicious food.
