It's spicy and fruity in equal balance, the tiniest of strawberry seeds captured in each spoonful. Knock that brioche right over and let the chilled rhubarb soup soak into every nook and cranny. Alternate bites of toasted pistachios and whisper-thin slices of fresh rhubarb.
