Sugar Rush: Frosting and Cookie Dough at Butter Lane Cupcakes

It's been awhile since we last Sugar Rush'ed Butter Lane Cupcake, and there are a few things worth noting. First, they've got two rotating frosting flavors which are alone worth a visit. One is chocolate peanut butter, which tastes exactly like a peanut butter cup in frosting form. The other the is chocolate hazelnut (pictured), whipped buttercream with an unexpectedly high hazelnut to chocolate ratio. It's perfect with the banana cupcake base. Though once they run out, chocolate hazelnut will be replaced by key lime frosting.
Also worth noting: the cookie dough cupcake! It's a chocolate cupcake with a ball of chocolate chip cookie dough baked into the center, then topped with a second helping of dough in the form of cookie dough frosting. Intense indeed. Cupcakes are $3.25 apiece.
