Blue Bottle makes the most chocolatey of chocolate cookies, a very dark Double Chocolate Cookie ($2.25) made with Mast Brothers Chocolate that's somewhere between soft and chewy. Every bite is intense and laced with a bit of salt—not too much, but enough for you to step back and marvel. In short, this is no ordinary chocolate cookie. Melty pockets of chocolate are especially good for dunking into that latte.
