Pamela Elizabeth, founder and owner of six vegan restaurants and cafes throughout the city, recently opened Blossom Bakery, her latest addition to the Blossom family. It's tucked in between Three Tarts and Billy's Bakery in Chelsea, across the street from La Bergamote Patisserie—a welcome vegan option to the neighborhood. We dropped by to take a look at their vegan sweets and some savory options.
