In the mood to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, but not feeling quite industrious enough to whip up The Food Lab's corned beef and cabbage? 'Wichcraft has you covered. Through March 18th, they're grilling up the classic meat 'n' veg combo, pressed between two slices of buttery rye bread and sporting a thin layer of melted Gruyere cheese ($10.33).

The good news? The beef on the sandwich we tried was tender, flavorful, and the proper bright pink color we associate with true corned beef. The not so good news? This sandwich—with its shredded cabbage and melty cheese, tastes just shy of a Reuben, and, well, made us want to complete the picture by slathering on some Russian dressing. We'll save that option for the other 364 days of the year, though, and enjoy this Irish-style treat come Saturday.
