Most of us use knives every day, but breaking down birds or stuffing more sausages is a little more involved. So Edible's throwing How to Slice It at the Brooklyn Brewery, on Wednesday, February 22nd at 8 pm. Fleisher's Grassfed and Organic Meats will demonstrate how to tie a roast; Brooklyn Cured, how to stuff a sausage; Marlow & Daughters, how to butcher a bird. The "Feed Your Hole" truck will be stationed outside for snacking afterward.
