They've pulled together an all-star lineup of chefs and beverage purveyors, including Ai Fiori, Blue Smoke, Coppelia, Danji, and a dozen more, with extensive wine and sake selections as well. They'll also hold a "quickfire"-style competition between Top Chef's Lee Anne Wong and Chris Jaeckle of Ai Fiori.
