What's better than a dinner with Tom Colicchio? A dinner with Tom Colicchio and acclaimed chefs from all over the country. On Wednesday, September 14, Colicchio and author Steve Plotnicki will host A Celebration of American Regional Cuisine at Craft, where ten chefs will prepare an epic feast as a celebration of Plotnicki's new guidebook, Opinionated About U.S. Restaurants

Chefs include Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon in Portland, Oregon; Andrea Reusing of Lantern Restaurant in Chapel Hill; Bruce Sherman of North Pond in Chicago; and Colicchio, of course, along with Riverpark (and longtime Craft-family) chef Sisha Ortùzar.

Tickets are $195 (more information here) but you can win a pair right here on Serious Eats.

To enter to win, just answer the following question in the comments:
What's your favorite culinary corner of the United States, and which chef would you pick to represent it?

Contest will end and comments will close at noon ET, Tuesday, September 13, 2011. One entry per community member. The standard Serious Eats contest rules apply.
