We've been pretty into Singaporean street food these days, so we're happy to welcome Singapore Takeout to New York.

Singapore Takeout is a mobile food outlet (in a shipping container!) that's been making the rounds of major cities—London, Moscow and Paris, thus far—and now it's landing in NYC. It'll be serving tastes of Singaporean (and Singaporean-inspired) cuisine this weekend, September 17 and 18, at Gansevoort Plaza. Chef Malcolm Lee will be flying in from Singapore to cook alongside New York chefs, including Ed Cotton (of Plein Sud). Learn more on Facebook »

First-come, first-serve free tickets are available online, but we've scored 15 pairs for Serious Eats readers for the slot from 3pm to 4pm on Saturday, where you'll get a dish (get ready for pork buns and laksa!) from the truck, guaranteed admission, and reserved seating.

To enter to win tickets, just answer the following question in a comment below:
What's your favorite Singaporean dish? (Or what would you like to try?)

Contest will end and comments will close at noon ET, Wednesday, September 14, 2011. One entry per community member. The standard Serious Eats contest rules apply.
