At Trois Pommes, the mini Blueberry Pie ($7.50) is perfectly portioned for two to share. A sugar-sprinkled lattice top hides a bounty of ripe blueberries neatly tucked deep inside the crust. As for the crust itself? While not the best in town, it's more than good, butter-rich and tender. It's slightly under-baked, leaving the very center a touch more doughy than I would preferred. But that's a minor thing to overlook. Warm up the pie in the oven until the summer sweet blueberries bubble over and that golden crust will be just as flaky as desired.
