Of the sandwiches we've tried at Better Being Underground, this refreshing number has been our favorite. The Tzatzeggy is a sandwich much easier to eat than to pronounce: a super-thick layer of chopped egg with housemade tzatziki in place of the traditional mayonnaise, making the egg salad more flavorful than goopy. The pumpernickel bread is more a vehicle than an added flavor, but the salad itself is cool and creamy and more than enjoyable. If a heavy-handed application of dill doesn't bother you, this sandwich is a tasty reinterpretation of a deli lunch staple.
