Sugar Rush: Snowball at Lulu Cake Boutique

The Snowball at Lulu Cake Boutique is a giant. And yet somehow, you'll manage to devour the whole thing despite all good and honest intentions to eat only half. It's easy to fall for this orb, finished with an even cover of coconut frosting and then rolled in a blanket of toasted coconut flakes. The light pink color is just an extra bonus. Break through the light (if a touch too sweet) frosting and you'll be rewarded with an excellent chocolate cake, dark and consistently moist, and a heart of creamy coconut custard filling. Yes, you may have a toothache after you're done, but it will be well worth it.
