The Farm on Adderley makes a vegetarian eggplant-egg sandwich that we're crazy about, but (no surprise) the bacon-laden version is just as good. On this sandwich, the mountain of soft-scrambled eggs is covered with oozy cheddar and Adderley's own bacon; it's smoky and chewy and crisp on the edges, substantial enough that every bite is thoroughly bacon-y. And we really loved the bread, with a little bit of an outside crunch but not so much that you can't bite cleanly through. Meat-eater or no, you're in good hands with breakfast sandwiches here.
