Sugar Rush: Southampton Tea Truffles by Bespoke Chocolates

Note: Bespoke Chocolates will be permanently closing their retail shop on Extra Place this Thursday (5/12) at 7pm. There are plans to continue selling their chocolates in the future, but nothing set in stone yet. So go and support them while you can!
Rachel Zoe Insler of Bespoke Chocolates is best known for her signature Pretzel-Covered Sea-Salted Caramels, and for good reason. It's got that beautiful salty-sweet twist and a great crunch—and then out oozes the sea salted caramel, hidden within a shell of crushed pretzels and dark chocolate.
But there's a whole line of chocolates that also deserve your attention. Consider the Southampton Tea Truffles (pictured above) where the butter-smooth Caribbean chocolate ganache is infused with black Ceylon tea, just barely spiked with apricots. Coffee fans will return for Turkish Coffee Bonbons with cardamom and coffee; and it's hard to resist Peanut Butter Honey Squares, milk chocolate and sea salt, a fanciful crunch of feulletine, and of course, peanut butter and local honey. You have until this Thursday, stocking up is surely advised.
