Braised rabbit wrapped in light, crisp phyllo with yogurt, harissa, and a salad of dates and cured rabbit loin. My favorite appetizer.
Light and tender, with panisses and charred spring onions.
Moist and flavorful, served with perfect pommes dauphines and tiny stuffed squash.
Crème Fraîche and Strawberry Jam
Like a fruit fool, but with a bit of fresh tang.
Too sweet for my taste, but many things are.
Tender, moist, and flavorful.
Sour Cream Tart
Loved the pistachio puree, and the flavor of the tart was nice, but I would have preferred more tang and less sugar.
