We haven't quite reached asparagus and ramps season yet, but there are a few signs of spring at the Union Square greenmarket: slender green onions, a bit of spinach and kale, tulips aplenty. There are lots of microgreens and sunchokes, too, as well as local meat and seafood. Here are a few snapshots from today's market.
