Sugar Rush: Boozy Apple Preserves by Anarchy in a Jar

Anarchy in a Jar has a sure way with apples. The Apple Sass is embarrassingly easy to devour by the jar in one sitting. Just a spoon and hot cup of tea is all you need. But now they have these Boozy Apple Preserves, which I've managed to make last precisely a week. Boozy is no joke—the rum comes though as clear as the apples. The preserves are speckled in fat sweet currants, with the essence of cardamom and blood orange. I see a cheddar cheese and boozy apple preserve sandwich for lunch in my future.
