These big, chubby marshmallows are by Butter Baked Goods, sold by the set of ten for $8.99. The Vancouver-based bakery creates them in 18 flavors, including mint, violet, and coconut (rolled in toasted coconut!), but I'm partial to their fruity numbers, like raspberry and the strawberry marshmallows pictured above. Mild, but fresh is how you'd describe the flavor—none of that bold intensity you'd expect to encounter with a "gourmet" marshmallow. It's clean and melts evenly for impromptu s'more concoctions at home. If I don't wipe out the rest of the bag in the next hour, you'll catch me whipping up strawberry marshmallow-topped hot chocolate tonight.
