A Sandwich a Day: 'Three Little Pigs' at Luscious Foods

"Three Little Pigs" ($8.50) is kind of a misnomer--this sandwich is so big I couldn't get my mouth around it. In fact, a single piece of pork within the sandwich was so big I couldn't get my mouth around it. That said, if you're of the meatier-is-better school of sandwiches, give this a try. The roast pork isn't at all dry, the thick-cut bacon is ample and pliant, the ham rounds out the trio. Chipotle mayo is on the goopy side, but does add heat and moisture that enlivens the whole thing.
