Two-toned Rosemary and Chocolate Marshmallows are on the current rotation of marshmallow flavors at Three Tarts in Chelsea. The rosemary is fragrant, but the chocolate dominates in these airy light kisses stored in glass jars alongside Cinnamon and potent Espresso marshmallows. Vanilla is a reliable favorite, and as they're $1 each, I always end up leaving with a few more marshmallows than originally planned. Pair with a steaming cup of sweet Pear Cider ($3.50), a cheery break from oh-so-ordinary apple cider.
