I've been on a marshmallow kick all week. (Maybe it's all the hot chocolate.) Three Tarts and City Bakery are my go-to spots for marshmallows, but I've added another stop to my list: Murray's Cheese! These chubby vanilla marshmallows are an exclusive to Murray's, made by Jean Francois Bonnet of Tumbador Chocolates (the talented fellow behind Scooter Bars and Ring Dings). The marshmallows are sold by the eight-pack, plush little two-biters. I meant to save them for homemade hot chocolate but wound up finishing the entire bag on my walk home.
