Honey Bears ($5) from The Good Batch come by the quartet, chubby oat and brown sugar cookies with a honey-whipped peanut butter filling. The cookies yield a buttery crunch, simultaneously playful and grown-up in flavor, with a bold hand of salt and applesauce mixed into the cookie batter. They're also pretty fantastic when crushed up and folded into vanilla ice cream. Find them sold at various shops in Manhattan and Brooklyn; I visit Bedford Cheese Shop and Lucy's Whey to get my fix.
