Sugar Rush: 2010 Reserve from Deep Mountain Maple

Last week we brought you a bit on Deep Mountain Maple's whipped Maple Cream, and today we return with the 2010 Reserve Maple Syrup. It's the lightest of all their maple syrups, easy-flowing and loose, with subtle flavors that runs closer to caramel than traditional maple syrup. The 2010 Reserve is $9 for an 8-ounce bottle and will be offered until stock run out—catch them at the Greenmarket while you can.
