I've just about eaten my way through the menu at Bklyn Larder, but was stalled in my progression through the sandwich list as, more than a few times, I'd end up ordering the chorizo and manchego instead of something new. It's not a novel combination, but one made memorable by the smoky chorizo oil that soaks into every pore of the bread, dripping out of the sandwich, so sweet and delicious I ended up dabbing up the extra oils with spare shards of bread.
