Sugar Rush: Honeycomb from Liddabit Sweets

I've always had a soft spot for honeycomb candies, magical little confections of delicate appearance and quickly changing texture. Liddabit Sweets turns out an excellent version, small batches made with honey from Tremblay Apiaries, and bearing a golden light interior. Bite into the whimsical candies, dipped in milk or dark chocolate, and watch as the crisp initial bite morphs to a chewy sweet before gently melting on your tongue. Each $6.50 pack comes with about seven candies of various size—I love the smaller pieces for their higher chocolate-to-honeycomb ratio. Take note: if you love these you're bound to fall head over heels for the gorgeous Molasses Sponge candies from Lilac Chocolates.
