Poll: Do You Like Rotating Menus?

This week, New York Magazine reviews Roman's, a Fort Greene restaurant with a nightly rotating menu that we liked, with some reservations, back in 2009. In their review, Raisfeld and Patronite write that Roman's "rightly believ[es] that the best thing a neighborhood restaurant could do for its repeat clientele is provide variety," and openly approve of their ever-changing menu. But in our review of Roman's, we argued that a menu with no fixed dishes works only when the food is, without exception, outstanding—and felt that Roman's just slightly missed the mark.
That's not to say that much of the food wasn't excellent, and nearly a year after our initial review, it's high time for a revisit. Nonetheless, the idea of a totally rotating menu is one that appeals to some, but not to others. What do you think?
