The Boom Boom Berry ($6) at DessertTruck Works is for those days you are craving something sweet, but in a lighter, fruitier form. One scoop of housemade berry sorbet is topped with an equally sized quenelle of tangy, whipped crème fraîche. It makes for a glorious mouthful, especially when coupled with the diced local strawberries. But it doesn't end there. The finale? Fragrant lemongrass and rhubarb juice poured over the entire concoction. I like to drink up the "juice" first and spoon away the rest.
