While their Chinese name translates to North-South Local Flavor, their English one name checks the mainland's Henan province and Taiwan's capital. This recent addition has a small menu, shaved red bean ice, and bubble teas.

I tried their red bean shaved ice, which came in a large, satisfying portion. Be sure to ask for condensed milk. While there are plenty of better options nearby, this is your best bite for a quick cooldown from all the spicy Sichuanese food across the hall.
