The Smoked Turkey sandwich ($8.50) at Columbine sounded too simple, and so for the longest time I tried every other, more interesting sounding sandwich on Columbine's menu. And then one day a co-worker told me about her "favorite sandwich ever." The Smoked Turkey. Really? So I gave it a try.
And it's truly awesome. 7-grain bread is the base, both top and bottom insides brushed with avocado that's been whipped smooth into mayo.
