TGI Fry-Day: Fries at Bark in Park Slope
Who doesn't love french fries? We've long been looking for New York's best, and decided that the city's fries deserved more than a post—they needed a column of their own. Here's TGI Fry-Day, your weekly dose of deliciousness. Got a nomination? Let us know. —The Mgmt.

It's the hot dogs at Bark in Park Slope that earn all the attention, but we're pretty happy with their fries, too—unapologetically fast-food style, right down to the paper bag service and the super-salted exterior. Pliant, crispy-skinned, and with just enough skin to keep them tasting like potato. There are gravy fries, chili-cheddar fries, and "disco fries," too, but the originals are just dandy.
